Question: Why is Dyler free of charge?

Answer: Every so often, we are asked “what’s the business model at Dyler if your services are free of charge?” The answer is quite simple: we are a startup which is funded by an angel investor.

Question: How would you monetize Dyler?

Answer: We are not big believers in asking dealers to pay huge fees to list their cars on the Dyler marketplace. Should we monetise, we believe this would come via a SaaS (Software as a Service) pricing model such as a one-year subscription at a fixed cost. 

When it comes to monetising our platform, we feel that the biggest value for clients buying and selling cars through Dyler would be offering them a full-scope of related services including consultancy, financing, the transportation of cars, and marketing activities. All of the aforementioned listed services would be provided by experts from within the classic car industry and underpinned by the latest technology and innovations.
